Our Aves print midi kaftan dress is an Australian-designed kaftan with a vibrant, feather-inspired digital print in blue, green, red, teal and hints of yellow. Cut in a relaxed one-size fit (approx. AU 10–24) and made from silk-like modal, this kaftan dress drapes softly and keeps you cool from day to night. Side Seam Adjustment

The side seams on this kaftan can be altered to make the fit wider or narrower to your preference, by moving the seam line in or out.

  • To make it wider: unpick the original stitching, then re-stitch closer to the side edge, following the existing stitch line.
  • To make it less wide: stitch a new seam closer in, then unpick and remove the original stitch line.

We recommend having this done by a tailor or experienced sewer for the best finish.

Care Instructions
  • Cool, quick hand wash with mild detergent.
  • Wash separately using liquid soap to protect the print.
  • Lay flat or hang to dry in the shade; do not tumble dry.
  • Warm iron on the reverse if needed.
  • Do not bleach or soak. X
